Briggs Throttle Hook up

I have a Briggs 3hp with a card and tank off a 2hp. Does anyone know how to hook up the throttle cable? I might post pics later.

Hook it up just like you would on a tiller or anything else. Use the little clamp to hold the conduit, and put a little electrical connector on the end of the cable to attach to the throttle with a small screw. Add a return spring to pull the throttle back when you let off.

My Linkage

This is my 5 HP Briggs, But it should give you an Idea. Most of the carbs have a cable mount on the rear of the carb. If your does then you can hook it up just like this. Or you can use a Briggs Raptor Racing throttle bell crank set up. There the way to go if you have the clearance.
