Cat Chain Guide Repoduction?

#1
I have someone willing to make them for me. The material he'll be using (nylon) will be stronger than the original. Anyone out there interested in one?
Im asking because it would be a waste of time if he just made one.

I need 3 of them or more.. I realize these are being CNC'd hence the initial cost.. does more orders reduce the overhead and bring the savings to us?

Ya beat me to it:doah: I have the material cut and the part programmed......just no machine time available. Our shop has been way over capacity for months now.....which is a good problem:thumbsup:

Hey joel, I have been working on this old cat bicentenial eliminator for the last couple of years now. I need only one part, and thats that chain guide you may have? It has a new motor, rear wheel, axle, drum sprocket, chain, clutch brake, brake cable, throttle and a reupholstered seat. It is not a kids bike anymore, it flies about 45mph.
