Champion Gen. II rocker arm question

Are the gen. II rockers 1.3 ratio? I put up a quick video on my YouTube channel asking since many of my subscribers are go-kart enthusiasts.

I have a couple of 1.3 sets from stout racing. Stock ones are 1:1.

Okay. I was wondering. I think the difference in rocker arms has to do withe the nut holding the studs down. Even so I think I will use these.

They replaced the old shaft mounted C shaped ones. They are also shaft mount and because of that are held in alignment with valve end and do not require guide plates. Much better than stock rockers.
