1970, and looks complete, although it has a funky jackshaft on it, which isn't original.

TopNotch just got off the phone with me about 30 minutes ago. He said he was on his way to pick it up right then

Nope, that's the original (and hard to find) guard. This was the only bike that year that didn't use the TC drive, and since it didn't use the jackshaft mounts, it had to be that wide to cover both the top and bottom of the chain.

It's a Sprint. I think it was Rupp's attempt to use of all the leftover parts from 1969. They just adapted them onto the new style frame in 1970. Fenders, wheels... I actually like the overall style of the bike

That was the transition model from mini bike to minicycle. That jackshaft is real funky almost need 2 chain guards. The original had cool chrome caps that covered the jackshaft hole.
