Looks pretty nice, considering the engine, wheels and rear shocks that appear mint I don't think the price is unreasonable.

That's an OldMiniBikes member, Jim Ambrose. I actually email back and forth with him a lot. He restores a lot of Rupps and Ruttmans and does a really great job, even if some of his restorations aren't to original specs. He turns out some sexy bikes.
