The only db sprocket adapter I'm aware off is meant to run a split sprocket. The one you talked about from mfgsupply is not a split sprocket and would not fit anyway.
The adapter takes a standard 4 - 9\16 bore with a 5 - 1\4 bolt pattern.
Also, split sprockets for #41 chain are pretty pricey and hard to find. If it's on a db then just keep it at #35 and you should be able to find several #35 sprockets for the price of one #41 sprocket.
I put an adapter on my DB and picked up about 7 different #35 sprockets to play with, I don't think I have $50 invested in all those sprockets.
Here is a example of a cheap one that will work(though a bit tall unless you like riding wheelies). Too bad you weren't looking a few months ago, BMI had all kinds of #35 split sprockets for CHEAP!
