EC 10 to EC 12 swap?

Want to do a repower, how tough is it to swap an EC 12 in the place of an EC 10?

what brand new engine can I use to repower

Do you have the EC-12? I'll look at the case on mine to see if it has the same mounting. If you don't have one I think the biggest problem would be finding one with the correct crank.

my engine is an EC 10D 89300
Need a dipstick for it too...and a carb kit, and a starter, then I can start to troubleshoot it...

Easier to buy a motor.

What bike is this for? Is it a Moto-Skeeter? Here are some pics of an EC-12 on a Moto-Skeeter mount, it fits just fine. If you're thinking of buying a new EC-12 they cost a fortune, and that's if you can even find one that will work. Most were built for tampers and the cases are different. It would help if we knew what bike this is for and what drive system it has.
