Flexo Exhaust

Does anyone have a picture of one of these mounted on a Mini or Kart ?
I'd like to know what Flexo item they were used on:

Not sure of the application MAC...either Westbend or MaCulloch judging by the shape of the flange..

(post up the flange dimensions and the bolt hole c to c)
