Look like a modified Ruttman. You can see where they've raised the upper frame to accommodate that ginormous engine.

Not the expert..but since I have a garage full of both..lol. The forks on a Harrison are internal springs..Ruttmans external. Handle bar clamps...brakes...neck tube size..etc etc etc. Just a shame someone cut the top tubes.

I don't think it would be too terrible to try to fix that frame, by the way. It's not so cut up that it couldn't be saved.

:laugh: You know me so well. And yep..seems they may have added to the back also....so wouldn't be too bad. :thumbsup:

Harrison is made more heavy duty also. Ruttman has 1/8" plate for rear axle tabs and Harrison has more like 3/16". Also seat brackets are thicker and wider.

Just my observations.

There is certainly $75 worth of stuff there, I could turn that into a small fortune parting it out. The frame would probably even sell, they don't make em any more.
