Since you're the expert on Ruttman/Harrisons -- what's the difference? They look the same to me
Not the expert..but since I have a garage full of both..lol. The forks on a Harrison are internal springs..Ruttmans external. Handle bar clamps...brakes...neck tube size..etc etc etc. Just a shame someone cut the top tubes.

I don't think it would be too terrible to try to fix that frame, by the way. It's not so cut up that it couldn't be saved.

Harrison is made more heavy duty also. Ruttman has 1/8" plate for rear axle tabs and Harrison has more like 3/16". Also seat brackets are thicker and wider.

Just my observations.

There is certainly $75 worth of stuff there, I could turn that into a small fortune parting it out. The frame would probably even sell, they don't make em any more.
