Fuel filters, pump and non pump?

i like to run filters, and i have had the same briggs 150 micron filter for many years, and its flow has gotten kinda weak, but it clearly says for use with no fuel pump engines,

i recently went to some yellow 1/4" tygon tubing and i wanted one of these style fuel filters to clearly see fuel in the line, and if the petcock was on or off,

but they say they need fuel pumps, will it not flow right by gravity fed like it is now with the other style filter?

I use a Mikuni fuel pump driven by vacuum pulse. When I remove the mechanical governor, I thread the hole to fit a 1/4" hose nipple. I position the pump so any oil that enters the 1/4" hose will drain back into the crank.

Get this fuel pump form mfg 07-188 - Double Square Mikuni Type Fuel Pump i got it for my db with a 6.5 clone and i run a 60 micron filter it work great ant a good price :thumbsup:

let me try to be a little more clear...:doah:

i dont need a fuel pump, i need to know if the filters that say they need a pump will work with just gravity fed like my setup is now,:thumbsup:
