i also have the frame but it was cut behind the seat area .
it could be welded back together .$50.00.

you might be surprised on who sells them.
stop buy or call some hardware stores in your area .
i am into the tool sharpening business.
and I deal with hardware stores and small engine repair shops.
most all of the true value hard ware stores carry them.
if your looking for bearings or busings.
there is also many bearing mfg on the www also .
just type that into your browser.
