Gilson or Allis Chalmers? Need help to I.D.

This is located by me and I've been kicking around the idea of getting an Allis Chalmers bike of rrestoration. Can anyone help I.D. it?

The frame could be either a Gilson or an Allis Chalmers. You need to see what tag or sticker is on it. The wheels are not either Gilson nor Allis Chalmers. They are 8 inch aluminum wheels found on some Bonanaza models.

Yep looks like a gilson with azusa Spinner 8" rims on it.
