gray choke lever

#1
okay, so I put the 6.5 motor on my DB, and put a K&N style air filter on it. my question- when the stock airbox is removed, the gray choke lever is no longer "held down" by the bottom of the old airbox. it can just be lifted off the post. I'm afraid it will come off/get lost when riding. how do you get it to stay on? thanks.

Look on 4cycle.com- karting forums-photo classifieds. Go to page 3 in the photo classifieds. There's a guy selling them, but it looks like something a person could copy, or at least get your mind movin'. Scott.

This does look pretty easy to make

Then again he is selling them for $6 shipped so it's not exactly a fortune to buy one from him and not have to go through the bother

on my clone powered kart I used an old bicycle reflector bracket and just used the hose clamp that holds my air filter on (being sure not to go too tight to jeopardize the filter lol)

here's a pic of it for reference, can't be free :grind:
