I've had this chipper for several years. The reliability of the Predator engine is what turned me on to using one for a mini bike build.

Buy as many as you can while they are priced to sell.
They are so reliable, I still have 4 in boxes on the shelf from a sale where they were $89.99.
The little 3 horse never even gets this cheap.

It’s funny that the original design of these Honda engines (and thus, their clones) goes back 40 years, though we think of them as “modern”. Maybe in the relative sense…
