Help Finding Tires XL70

Hello everyone. I'm new here. I have recently acquired a few small bikes and am trying to find some cool vintage looking tires for my 1974 XL70. I found a video of a bike that looks like mine on youtube but i cant figure out what kind of tires the guy has. I'm trying to find black ones. I'm finding that its not just as easy as picking and choosing wheels and tires for a car. If i have them powder coated do i neeed to dissasemble them? or can i just powder coat it all together?

The quality will be much better if you take them apart.
Some of the pitbike stuff is pre-assembled with black aluminum rims.

I'm still having a hard time finding them. I've found a lot of tires I like but not in the sizes I need. I'm considering buying larger rims so I can find tires I like. How large should I go? The bike is bone stock so I don't want to loose too much power but I could really use more speed.
