help identifying 2 stoke

I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the engine section but this is on my unidentified bike. It has no markings besides a I'd tag with just a number on it. And the recoil handle says briggs but ik that realy don't mean anything.

I'm guessing it's a Briggs from one of those small paddle type snow blowers.
