Help Identifying, Maybe Lil Indian?

I am completely new to the site and know little about mini bikes. I was wondering if anybody could give me some help in identifying this bike. It was taken out of a garage a few years back and I remember someone mentioning Lil Indian but I don't know. Please any help would be great! Thanks

It's a Model 600. The "shifty" thing was a just a catchy phrase.
