Help identifying my trail bike frames???

Hello - my name if jeff edwards and this is my first post on this site. Lots of good information here. Any way, I have two tote gote style frames - they are complete with pans for the motor and forks ect. I am trying to identify the maker - the main distinguishing feature is a hinge and two 1/4 in. thumb screws on the forks to fold down the handle bars for traveling. It's a neat feature but looks like a weak link to me. dose any one have an idea of the manufacture ?? I think in might be Pac Mule, but I havn't found a picture of their forks .
