Hemi Predator gas tank leaking WTF...

Anyone have any problems with the tank leaking at the seam? Just picked up the engine on Sat, new in a clean box. Was "throwing " together a knock around bike for my buddy to use as a pit bike at the track. Fired it up tonight, started on first pull, runs great. Smelling gas and see it seeping down the bottom half of the tank from the seem. It was the last Hemi at out local H.F. :censure:

It`s the style with the vent hose coming from the air filter housing. I`ve been unlucky with tanks lately, I had to replace the one on my Bonanza w/ the GX200 too. Thanks Tim, let me know what you want for it.

hey charlie thats the one :thumbsup: just took one off the hemi i'm doing and not going to use it its yours :thumbsup: i have a gx tank too if you need it :shrug:

Take it back. HF is really good at taking stuff back thats broken/defective. Ive always had good luck.

I swapped the gx200 tank out already, THANKS again!

Take it back. HF is really good at taking stuff back thats broken/defective. Ive always had good luck.

I know but its just bad timing, it was that stores last Hemi in stock too.
