I'm trying to remove the rear wheel bearings from a 1972 Rupp Roadster but they're not moving and I didn't want to force them. Any suggestions/tricks on how to remove them?
I sprayed PB Spray in through the one side o the inside of the other bearing...and vise versa.
Make sense?
And I took a brass punch and gently tapped the bearings out with a hammer.
Okay. I'll give the PB spray a try but how do you get a brass punch inside when both wheel bearings are stuck. If I could get one of he bearings out, then I could tab the other one out.
