Can anyone tell me what size thread goes into the Rupp HS 40 head?... 1/2 inch?..I am assuming I can thread in some water pipe and make a temporary exhaust on this thing?.

yep its just standard pipe thread 1/2 inch stuff . ran that on mine for years now looking at making a better one with bolt on flanges . got the flanges done now just the rest of it :doah:
