Hs35 magneto gab?

I painted my hs35 and when prepping it for paint I removed the magneto. How do I reset the gap? For some reason I remember using a business card back in the day

It's a solid state? I've always used a dollar bill folded in half. I know guys have used business cards, post-its folded in half, matchbook covers... I'm not sure what the specific air gap is, but as long as you get it as close as possible without making contact, you should be good.

Capgun is right put a business card on in between the coil an flywheel. Tighten down remove card if you put it over the magnet the coil will hold tight to flywheel tighten take out card good to go ..

CapGunCowboy uses $100 bills to set the gap...folds it in half to "double his money"! Guy is a straight up baller! ... and looks good in a dress!
