Intake question

Looking around for a manifold to swap out the one that was on the engine when something flew out of it. Found a bunch of normal ones but then I found this one with the non rounded side. I thought only HS engines have that but this is definitely for an H engine. Why isn't it round like all the other ones I have? What was this for?

Just a stock intake for the H engines, think that casting/version started in the 80's. the intake port on the engine remained the same. they did at least three changes to the intake over the years that I have seen.

Ok thanks. Yeah I was gonna say thete looks like more than these two types as well. Anyone ever figure out what the numbers in the casting mean? Like 51-0-95 is one i have in front of me.
