Is this a Western Flyer SS300?

Supposed to be a SS300, but in researching it, the SS300's don't have rear shocks. When do you think this was made, by who? Thanks.

I know, it has the high speed fork option.

That would be an Alexander Reynolds. I should add it could have very well been sold at Western Auto or Montgomery Wards.
