personally i like the guerney wheels myself, not practical but it reminds me of the old school boneville racer.

Seeing the cut off tube where an engine plate usually is leads me to believe it's an early Scrambler with the engine hanging in mid air like the one tasturbo86 had for sale last year at this location:

This is a neat bike, i like the tri stars better, never been a solid wheel fan. :thumbsup:
