looking for someone that can mill or turn some hubs down

I have some kart hubs for the front wheels that I need the stepped area in the pic below milled down (approx 1/8") on two hubs so I can put a hub on either side of my wheel so the wheel looks more uniform side to side with the bearings being outboard on each side..

Jim Biro is x90 here on OldMiniBikes, i belive he is a machinist? He can do some of that stuff easily and he lives in sandusky oh!
