low oil sensor

there's a yellow wire that leads into the front of the case where the kill switch is. it's just inside the case right there. if you want to disable it, all you gotta do is cut that yellow wire.

Sounds like one of the cliche' lines from an old spy movie, usually when the A-Bomb has ticked down to the 3 second mark!

Dumb Question - why disable the low oil sensor?

I'm guessing because if you are riding uphill it might cause issues?:scooter:

If you're gonna stay on flat ground, do you still need to disable it? Oh wait, with the takeoff of the 6.5 Clone all the oil rushes to the back of the pan, right?

On the clone I was working on today I didn't cut the wire, just disconnected it (simple barrel connector) then taped up the ends and put them back inside the plastic holder

This way there are no loose wires hanging and if anyone ever wanted to reconnect it (no idea why you would want to) it's a 2 second job
