Mini Gote Plans or Equiv?

Hi fellow mini bikers.

I want to fabricate a tote or mini gote style of mini bike. My dad bought two mini goats in the late 60's which kick started my brother and I's fascination with two wheeled vehicles.

Sure it would be easier to find one on craigslist but I'm a building/fabricating type of guy. I've done the google search for free mini bike plans but don't like the looks of them.
