MINI ROLLER,ENGINE AND TAV2/ and Cart

I have a new frame I just finished,needs paint,has a new seat, ,brake levers,cables front and back,grips and throttle,z50 rim sand brand new tubes and tires,I stepped left side of frame for tav set up.Has flip up pegs,and a spocket.I put an engine I had on it for a test drive and worked well.All it needs is an engine,clutch and chain.$180 plus shipping.

Again for sale is a 11hp. Honda gx340, 1'' shaft ,comes with comet cent.clutch $130,plus shipping

A Tav 2 for 1'' shaft,brand new in box.$155 plus shipping

Also have a cart with a 5hp.briggs and new tires,runs good $300 obo. and is being sold locally,don't want to ship

3)Governor still on or removed?
4)What was it on before mini, kart,..for racing?
5) Motor smoke at all?
