I need a carb fuel bowl nut number 167... snowblower,i think the last year tecumseh was in business,carb has no numbers for IDing but at least the bowl nut is numbered 167... Thanks

What is wrong with yours? What engine? Has a primer bulb on the carb?

the nut broke,not sure how as it was my brothers,he said it just fell apart,the blower has been used very little,he has JB welded the nut but I'd rather find a replacement... 8hp engine... I didn't write down the serial numbers as of yet,the snow blower is not at my house but at his and it a long ways away and I don't play to get down there for a week or so to mow the lawn...

yes it has the primer bulb but it is remote,on the engine but not on the carb itself...

I may be wrong but I don't believe that is the actual part number..it's probably a reference number...

usually when they break part of it stayes in the carb. I bet the carb is junk.

he said he had it running like it is now but the carb is off the blower as he was trying to find another carb but without any ID numbers on the carb he couldn't find one and he didn't get it put back together before he suddenly passed away last year...
