Oil Leak

will a tecmesh engine leak oil if its overfilled?? Mine seems to drip and i dont know where from.

check your gaskets around the side cover, crank seal, crack in block somewhere, etc....

Check those gasket, also check around the crank seal, and the governor rod. Common leaks there as well.

If you over fill your bike you will blow oil out of the breather!

I had the same problem on my old engine. I used Gasket Sealer. from permatex. I smeared a light coating around the crank case, then used a NEW gasket, thens a light coating of sealer on the crank cover. you need to let both surfaces dry for like an hour, before you put the 2 sides together. Never leaked after!
