Oil sensor over sensitive??

When my clone eng. is running and you lean the bike to the left,footpeg almost touching the ground , the engine shuts off. Is this because the low oil sensor leaves the oil in the crankcase for that short time? If so , how can I disarm the sensor and still use the eng. mounted kill switch?

Unplug it.

not looking at the bike right now , but what do you unplug?I remember a yellow wire from sensor ,some little black barrle shaped thing:shrug:
