Picked up a wheelie monster

I've been saving up for a 100b but this thing popped up on craigslist and I had to pull the trigger because price was right.

This thing is a monster but I need to adjust a few things, The carb is idling high engaging the clutch so its always on and I have no clue how to adjust the Mikuni carb so any help would be appreciated.

the clutch is also american made out of NY, no clue how to service it.

is the high idle condition only when the enrichment lever is on or does it idle high even warmed up with enrichment lever off? If it idles too high with enrichment off then you need to lower slide slowly using the slide adjustment screw. Once it is idling where you want it re adjust the idle mixture screw for best idle quality.
