Wall thickness is only .064" on them.
I'm reading less, actually. Maybe it's particular to Ramrod, but these old sleeves have wall thickness of around 0.057 or less. And it makes sense, because the strut is 0.875, and the upper tree tube is 1.020. A sleeve that's a full 1/16" would be too snug and leave no room for lubricant.

Using your measurements and a new nylon strut bushing of .064" x 2, that leaves .0017 for a film of lubricate.
Whether that is enough or not for adequate lubrication can be debated ad nauseam , that is what it measures out to be with a reproduction or NOS strut bushing.
