Predator 212 hard to pull

Hey, so my predator 212 is having an issue. After a day of riding it until the gas was out, I leaned it up against a tree outside, I think that there were light rains. Went out next morning put gas in it and it wouldnt pull. The motor is completely stock. Oil level is full.

So there is a hard spot right at the beginning of the pull but once you get past it it feels fine. It backfired once after i got past the hard spot.

It is a hemi

I just went out and pulled it a few times no problem, then it started again. What should I adjust my valves too and what tools do i need?

No it pulled fine 3 times then I couldn't pull it. Also it didn't start

you probably got some rain down the carb into the combustion chamber...take spark plug out and pull to shoot water out..if that happens..I thinks
