yup it was supposed to be an easy project. I had another tractor that was basically the same that I took the rear axle from. I welded that one to make it posi so it was now just a matter of swapping the rears. As usual I got it all apart and the other axle didn't fit. So now I had to take the axle from the tractor apart and weld up that one too. Anyway, it's back together and it works. I have been wanting to do this for quite a while but never wanted to go through all the work. The two tractors were free and I built one from the two and it will sure be better now with a posi rear.
