Does anyone have any owners manual or information on the Sachs 80b. I have 2 of them and the cylinders are good and don't need a rebore. They have less than a half thou taper/roundness. I sent one of the Pistons to a place called line2line coating to have it build up. It comes back fitting tight but wears into the cylinder to create a perfect clearance. I aquired new rings but Im not sure where to gap them at. If anyone has any information on setting the ring gap I would appreciate the help. Also if anyone has information on the ring gap for the smaller Sachs engines used on the Arctic cats it may get me close. Thanks.
