Spark plug wire question

Can you replace the spark plug wire on the coil or do you have to replace the entire coil?

Depends on manufacturer.
Some opt to epoxy wires in place necessitating complete unit replacement.
Others, the wire is easily removed.
What engine?

It is an H25 Model Number 25173G

I know I've seen Briggs guys do that to get a different color of wire.

Never tried it on a Tec, but I bet you could, with epoxy. Personally, since it's such a pain in the ass to time Tecs, I go with an entirely new magneto so I don't risk having it not work, and finding out after everything is buttoned up.

You might try sending Markus a PM and asking him. I bet he knows the answer.
