Thread lock

Use it or loose it.
Ive Noticed when you start to over rev these engines ( with the proper supporting mods) the bolts and screws begin to back out!
Seems like the carburetor is extreemly affected. make sure you use thread lock on the bolts inside the carb. housing so they dont get sucked in thru the intake.
Had a bolt lodged in the butterfly; glad it did not have a separate washer!

I build a lot of engines/drive systems and my opinion and a whole lot of years experience is USE IT. Blue #242 on most stuff and red #271 on stuff you will hopefully never put a wrench to again since you will need a propane torch to heat it prior to loosening it. I use it enough that I have the 1.22oz bottles on hand all the time-within arms reach.:thumbsup:

I use it on my intakes and sidecover. And sometimes the screws still come loose.
