Throttle Hook up HF

Just got a 6.5hp HF engine and need a simple way to hook up the throttle with a cable without messing with the governer leaving it functional.. thanks

i use the governor arm and the stronger black spring and hook one end to the arm and the other to a block on for the shroud.:hammer:
