the briggs is out of a go kart (other post) the seat I picked up from a swapmeet,...frame, bars and wheels came as one..any idea what year/model?

I believe you have a late Mickey Bike. The large ape hangers are a giveaway. The early Mickey bikes had the foot pegs bar mounted on top of the lower frame and the later ones had it mounted under.
