Looks like it was a Bird El Tigre at one time.

Pretty sure your right rocco. This is mine and what it should look like. There may be some sweet chrome under that green paint. These were only sold in chrome.

Ok. so I've been looking at Bird minibikes on the internet and most of them have shocks on the rear. Mine only has springs on the front. I have not seen another frame like this so far. I'm sure it is factory made. Also, no chrome to be seen... just surface rust and green paint. I guess I still need help with what it is. Thanks for all help. another ratman
