Is this a scat cat 114? Difference is foot pedals/a hole in frame/ and side car attachment... What is this?

Scat Cat ASC-114. That frame looks to be cut and stretched.

After taking the seat off I found where they added the extra metal to the frame. Thanks! Also did the scat cat ever come with a side car? It would be nice to find one without having to make one. (Original that is) I guess I shouldn't be worried about original on this bike anymore after all the altercations... Ugh.

just build it to enjoy,i had a stock sc 114 and stretched it too,it made a big difference in stability.
i also did the same to a grand prix frame,which is similar.
imo,the ten inch wheeled versions are the ones to have if you are actually gonna ride the trails.
