What size carb do i need for my 6.5 hp engine?

Hello i want to replace the carburetor on the 6.5 hp engine with a high performance carburetor but i dont know the intensification for the carburetor. Can anyone help me?

Depends on your goals for the engine really. If you're sticking with stock size valves though then just grab a 22mm mikuni. If you think you're going to end up with larger valves though you'll likely want a bigger carb.

That is to much carb unless you have a open built motor . For somewhat stock the mikuni 22 that OldMiniBikes sells is plenty of carb for stock to mildly modified .

Not a pro, but, I think that's too big.

If you go with this type of carb, you will need a adapter.

CArb isn't the only thing you need for speed.
Cam, rod, flywheel, header,high flow air filter..
You can drop some cash.
The stage one kit from OldMiniBikes will get ya started.

Not enough info. What is done to your motor? Billet rod and flywheel? If you want an educated answer...you need to provide details. Otherwise you will get answers that will fail to accomplish the goal you set forth.
