I can't believe I looked at the ad as many times as I did before I saw it. Once I noticed, it sticks out like a sore thumb. Looks like that one would be hell to ride.:huh:

What's the deal with these??? The carbs and stuff are in the right place. I could see switching negs at the printer, but that would put the carb and exhaust on the front, or if they were 2 strokes running clockwise.:confused:

I thing those engines are rare and we just don't see them anymore. :doah:

I've seen that ad many times as well and never noticed untill this thread.

Yes thats what it is the neg is backwards you are really looking at the right hand side of the bike. The carb. looks right because the whole Bike is backwards not just the engine. Look close and you can see the twist grip in what looks like the left side.
It's like looking in a mirror.

They just took advertising liberties and they do it all the time . One commercial has a man jumping off the hot hood of a car LOL but it is a Volkswagen Carmen Ghia and the engine of course is in the rear. Some of the people who do the advertising layouts haven't got a clue about the industries they are paid to represent.
