My honda on runs with starter fluid what's a mini biker to do?

Start with a total carb cleaning.

your problem is fuel delivery. your engine is not getting the correct amount of fuel. pull fuel line to see if the fuel is even getting to the carb, then as already suggested dismantle the carb and clean every hole with a small piece of wire, then spray carb cleaner in every hole.

Its a honda gx 160, with a perdator gas tank and carb.
