What is torque specs for champion rockers ....how many ft lbs to bolt down on the head? Tried search didn't find anything....thanks also should I be running lash caps on both valves (stock 165) it had one lash cap on intake stock...

Found that the shaft rockers from Isky are stock Champion clone pieces. Not that I'm too worried but what would be some limitations on these rockers? My future plans would be to use these on a fresh gx160 off a pressure washer with the Black Mamba, 26 lbs springs and trick retainers and locks?
