I have a yellow clone and I was wondering if I could put a charging coil on it to run lights? What kind of coil is best and does it replace the factory coil or is it an add on? Any help greatly appreciated

i have a five horse briggs and a 12hp the 12hp has a lighting coil, and i was wondering if it would mork on my 5hp
