I have this set of tri star rims that are really dirty. How can I clean them with out getting them blasted.

I picked up a Power Dyne Cougar in good shape but the chrome could use some cleaning up and was wondering what the best way to do it is. The rims, fenders and tank are beyond just cleaning but the rest of the frame is in good shape.
