I recently acquired a Heathkit. I plan to repaint or powder coat depending on the tools I buy first. Drop a Honda gx160/200 and leave the rest up for chance. The honda is only temporary though until I find a good fit for it. It came with a briggs 4 or 4.5 hp that is missing a few burn out parts...

Hello all, ive recently got the minibike itch and have picked up five in the last week or so. The one I picked up today I like the most so far. I just have not found a serial on it yet or any markings at all. I am about to head to the garage to give it a hard look and strip the motor from it so...

I am looking for the rear rim, axel, sprocket, and break for my boonies bike I will also be needing front and rear fenders however those are not vital at the moment and help making my dream a reality will be much appreciated

Throttle linkage cobbled together from the junk drawer.

Honda front end, Booniebike Frame, sad little Tecumseh 5hp engine, backyard engineering jackshaft, throttle linkage and brake, torn up Yamaha seat, and just enough duct tape to hold the gas tank and kill switch on. Tops out at a blistering 22mph which is as fast as I trust the dry rotted...

Now with Brakes!

I just got an old boonie bike. I'm not trying to restore it, just want to ride it. Where would I find info. on this thing? Or find parts? I can get wheel bearings and cables etc. locally. But where would I find fork bushings and other old parts?? Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance. Mark

Busy day today for my day off :laugh: Harbor freight in the morning and OldMiniBikes Warehouse:thumbsup: My buddy decided to go to Windber with me this year so I had to throw something together for him to ride. He is a pretty big dude, so I dug the Heathkit Boonie bike out that was buried in the back...

I jumped on the mini bike bus with this one! Pretty good shape,with a 4 horse Tec motor,needs brakes and a torque converter to make it top and go better! :thumbsup:

I'm in need of a Boonie jackshaft assembly or at least the jackshaft bracket. Thanks!!
